Littering is common in many countries. Everywhere we go, it is common to find litter lying around.

From a study conducted by the Public Health Board (PHC) in 2009, 36.2% of the respondents will litter out of convenience and 1.2% of respondents are self-proclaimed litterbugs!

Therefore, in order to keep Singapore clean and green, it is important for schools and organisations to keep up with their efforts in allowing students and workers respectively to know the importance of maintaining a clean and green Singapore. Such efforts include organizing a trip to a particular place to pick up litters.
